1.Nominating Committee Discussion
Discussion of potential nominees
Sandy pointed out that all officers & chair persons are supposed to be AADE members. One suggestion was to mail out the AADE/MEADE membership list out to members to get ideas and can make nominations from that list.
Goal is to have actual nominations by August 1, 2009

2.Strategic Plan: 2009-2011 (See Attached)
Considering 3 year rolling strategic plan with target dates to accomplish tasks to reach Plan Goals.

Upcoming Dates:

July 15, 2009: Wednesday, Summer membership Conference Call
August 5-8, 2009: AADE Annual meeting in Atlanta, Georgia
October 4-6th, 2009: MeADE Annual Conference; Point Lookout, Northport
